Cancellation & Payment Terms

Thank you so much for choosing Delilah & Bloom to be part of your wedding day, it truly means a lot to be trusted with something so special. As each wedding is carefully planned and flowers are ordered specifically for you, the following payment and cancellation terms apply:
 

Payment schedule:

  • A non-refundable booking fee of £20 is required to secure your wedding date. Your date isn’t confirmed until this has been received.

  • 50% of the remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding date.

  • The final 50% is due 2 weeks before your wedding date

 

In the event of cancellation:

  • The £20 booking fee is non-refundable.

  • If you need to cancel more than 6 weeks before your wedding, any payments made beyond the booking fee will be refunded.

  • If cancellation happens within 6 weeks of the wedding, the 50% payment is non-refundable, as flowers and materials will have already been ordered.

  • If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the wedding date, all payments made are non-refundable.

  • Once the final balance has been paid, refunds are not available.

  • Payments are non-transferable to another date unless agreed in writing and subject to availability.

  • Occasionally, due to seasonality or supplier availability, specific flowers may need to be substituted. If this happens, Delilah & Bloom will always choose blooms of equal or greater value, keeping as close as possible to your chosen style and colour palette.

 

It’s always recommended to have wedding insurance in place, just in case of any unexpected changes.
